We use the Romer Absolute Arm with Hexagons
Manufacturing Intelligence Tube Shaper software for
the Inspection of the tubes and Fitting locations.
Using the BLM simulation software let’s
us see the the final tube outlook and helps
reduce scrap material during setup of complex
tube production.
PRESSURE TESTING
Hydrostatic Aeroequip Pressure Test Chamber
let’s us test tubes from .125” to 2.0” up to 30K PSI,
with a chamber size of 36” X72”, with multi ports
for testing more than one tube at a time.
